Note Ref: Solar hot water.

Todays hi temp (04/10/2008 ) was about 50 degrees with total sun.

The Solar hot water mixing pump shut down when the tanks were at 165 degrees which I believe is the limit for the tanks. 240 gals at 165 degrees without use of electric. The temp at the top of the solar collectors was 284 degrees. It is going to be pretty crazy when the temp outside is in the 90's or 100's. It will help cool things when we are actually using hot water normally.
